These burgers get a nutritional boost from the addition of tasty hemp seeds.
Medium mixing bowl
- 1 Lb Ground Chuck
- 1 Cup Manitoba Harvest shelled Hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Use 1 tsp minced if you have fresh
- 1 Egg Beaten
- Salt/Pepper To taste
In medium bowl, combine first four ingredients just until combined
Add beaten egg and mix just until evenly combined
Form into 5 even sized balls of the mixture, then press into patties
Salt and Pepper both sides of each patty
Chill patties for 10 minutes if possible
Heat cast iron or non stick frying pan onmed/hHigh heat
Place patties on dry, hot frying pan and fry to desired doneness.
